Elevating Aveda’s loyalty redemption experience
I refreshed the Aveda Plus Rewards experience with a clean, intuitive design that highlights points, and tier status. The interface blends Aveda’s premium aesthetic with a clear visual hierarchy. Built with scalability in mind, the modular system and responsive components were designed to adapt across Estée Lauder Companies brands. Working closely with global UX, brand, and product teams, we created a cohesive, accessible experience aiming to strengthen engagement and set the foundation for future loyalty programs.
